1. What this is

Tickmark is a practice platform for finance interview preparation. It gives you questions, explanations and written material, and it tracks how you perform so it can pick better questions next time. Using the platform means you agree to what follows.

2. Your account

Accounts are issued to individuals. Keep your credentials to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts tied to a school email remain valid while that school is on the access list.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, bulk export or redistribute question content or articles.
  • Do not share your account with other people.
  • Do not attempt to reach data belonging to other users.
  • Do not use the platform to harass anyone or to post unlawful material.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will normally tell you why.

4. Content and ownership

Questions, explanations, articles and the platform itself belong to us or to our licensors. Anything you write, such as a discussion post or a practice response, remains yours. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Practice material is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal or career advice, and nothing here promises an interview, an offer or a particular result. Content is written carefully but may contain errors; tell us and we will fix it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and will give notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
